This issue will contain a new instalment, compiled by Siobhan Cummiskey and Jo Kenny – IHRLR Annual Bulletin – which is to be a regular feature of the Review. It will detail and evaluate reports and other publications of relevant statutory bodies, NGOs and international organisations published in the calendar year 2010. The Journal will be of interest to practitioners in the public and private sectors, academics and students.
