When you place an order to purchase a product from Clarus Press Ltd we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order or confirm the same by telephone to you.  Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail and/or dispatched that product to you therefore you confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Returns
We guarantee the quality of all products purchased from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt of your package for a full refund of the purchase price, not including postage unless there was an error by Clarus Press in processing the order.

Customs
When ordering goods from claruspress.ie for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
