Welcome to claruspress.ie (the ‘website’ of Clarus Press Ltd). This website displays our books, journals and other products which can be purchased from the website. We set out below the terms and conditions of claruspress.ie and by using this website you have agreed to be bound by our terms and conditions.

Clarus Press Ltd do not have access to your personal payment details processed through PayPal. The information we have included your order, payment status and contact details only. This information is not used for any other purpose other than to ensure you receive your product. Clarus Press Ltd will not disclose your name, address, email address or telephone number unless we have informed you, been authorised by you, or are required to do so by law, subject to the Data Protection Acts.

Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Clarus Press Ltd we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order or confirm the same by telephone to you. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail and/or dispatched that product to you therefore you confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Offers/discount codes
Discounts where there is a requirement for a ‘coupon code’ are can only be redeemed via orders made through the Clarus Press website, claruspress.ie. All discount codes have time limits and Clarus Press reserves the right to discontinue any or all offers on date stated that the discount expires or, when no date has been listed, at reasonable time after the announcement of the discount, or within seven days of announcement of the same.
Returns
We guarantee the quality of all products purchased from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt of your package for a full refund of the purchase price, not including postage unless there was an error by Clarus Press in processing the order.
Customs
When ordering goods from claruspress.ie for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office or post office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from claruspress.ie you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
