Clarus Press is an Irish based and Irish owned legal publishing company with an objective to meet the information needs and demands of a rapidly developing and competitive legal profession.

Our aim is to provide high quality products in a wide range of subjects and specialisations. We have had some notable success in the commissioning of what we believe to be both innovative and useful products attracting the finest talent in Irish legal publishing, for example, our established legal journals and best selling law books include: Dublin University Law Journal  (edited by Dr David Prendergast and Dr  Daithí Mac Síthigh); the Irish Business Law Review (edited by Dr Noel McGrath and Dr Deirdre Ahern); Constitutional Law: Text, Cases and Materials by Dr Oran Doyle; Garda Powers Law and Practice by Rebecca (with consultant editor Paul Anthony McDermott); Employment Law in Ireland by Dr Neville Cox,  Val Corbett and Dr Des Ryan; and Neighbours and the Law by Tadgh Kelly (Solicitor).

Innovation and an understanding of the needs for each sector of the legal profession drives our commissioning activities. We insist on quality in relation to the content, editorial and production of each product. In addition to this we are committed to giving our customers value for money.

We are very keen for all legal professionals to get involved with Clarus Press, therefore, if you have any comments, proposals or product ideas that you would like to discuss with us, we would be delighted to hear from you.
