About the Author

Graham Kenny is solicitor with over 25 years’ experience representing major domestic and international companies in Ireland, specialising in corporate insolvency and company restructuring.

He is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a CEDR accredited mediator and also serves on the Council of the Law Society of Ireland, including their litigation and ADR committees. He is also a solicitor in England & Wales and is an Attorney at Law in New York.
